Ordered an ignition switch from them. Receive only half of the ignition switch (just ignition lock with key). Called them to let them know they shipped half of the part to what the guy told me “that’s how every single yard sells them”. Maybe every single yard that’s just a poorly ran junk yard like you, not auto recycling business. Instead of owning up to their mistake he’s trying to prove that he’s right. Maybe use Google next time and learn the difference between ignition switch and ignition lock. Now I have so spend my time sending this piece of junk back to them and monitoring if they issue a refund.

Flase advertising claims they have a part call to confirm and its apparently in Colorado. Long ways away from idaho falls. Also the price wasnt correct because you gotta pay to ship it also doesnt say anywhere on the website that you have to ship the parts to that location very disappointing

I have been trying to find a specific part to replace in my car for years and just so happened to find it on Intermountain Auto Recycling’s website. Since I’m located in another state, I wasn’t sure if purchasing from them would even be possible, but when I called they were very helpful and were happy to ship. Even with freight shipping it was much more affordable than purchasing from the dealership. I ordered over the phone and the parts arrived just a few days later. I would absolutely work with them again!

Disappointing experience. I was told a certain timeframe, but the wait was much longer, and there was very little communication or urgency. When you’re working on your daily driver, time and clarity really matter. Customer service felt indifferent, and I didn’t feel like my situation was taken seriously. I understand places get busy, but a little compassion and better communication would go a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience

Sometimes difficult to reach by phone but excellent customer service. Jose was extremely helpful determining if a part would fit my vehicle and if it had the correct paint match. Was unable to pickup during business hours and they were willing to work with me to pick up outside of their normal hours. Would highly recommend for someone looking for affordable replacement parts for their vehicle.
